We as a physical instructor suggest to them a very short time period exercise(fourteen minutes exercise)  that is specially designed for their hanging bellies either for women and men both can take advantage of this super exercise. The following are the steps that if you will be doing it properly you will get 100 percent results in one month.

Steps For The 14 Minutes Super Exercise:

Butt Kicks
                  Do butt kicks for thirty seconds at an initial stage.


Quick Feet
                   After butt kicks relax for 10 sec and start quick feet for 30 sec.

Jumping Jack
                         Do jumping jack for 20-sec x 2 times

Bicycle Crunches.
                              20-sec bicycle crunches keep stress on your abs.
  

Modified Bur-pee
                               Do modified bur-pee for 20-sec x 2 times. it will engage your abdomen.
       


Abdominal Crunches
                                      Abdominal crunches are for 30-sec a very highly effected belly removing exercise.

Jumping Squats
                             It is for 20-sec x 2 times during jumping focus on Abs.

Heel Touch 
                      It is for 30-sec highly preferable for your sides' fats removing.
   

High Stepping
                         It is for 20-sec x 2 times focus on your abs during exercise.

Oblique Crunches 
                                        It is for 30-sec to engage your obliques.



Mountain Climber
                                 It is for 20-sec x 2 times.


Leg raises  
                 It is for 30-sec   effective for abs building.


Punches
                It is for 20-sec x 2 times.


Flutter Kicks
                        It is for 30-sec highly recommended for lower abs.


Cobra Stretch
                        It is for 30-sec  effective for the belly.


Child's Pose
                      It is for 30-sec usually for stretching your body in the last session.


Lying Twist Stretch
                                  It is for 30-sec for both sides left and right sides usually for stretching your spine.
