How we could be remained fit and active during lock down




Do you have any fitness related issues or bodyweight issues?
 The answer could be yes because it doesn't mean that if you are not overweighted according to your body mass index you are a fit person.fitness itself a definition and it has many types its depends upon you which type of fitness do you want? Sometimes a person needs mental fitness, spiritual fitness, and physical fitness, all fitness types co-relate with each other according to health professionals and my experiences physical fitness is directly proportional to mental and spiritual fitness. physical fitness overcomes your all issues related to mental and spiritual problems.
Are you feeling mentally and spiritually uncomfortable during the lockdown era?

The fear of covid_19 and current lockdown situations just make the human behavior irritated and frustrated in the consequences the mental and spiritual disruptions appear in human behavior.

 Right now, the question is how to deal with these suffering in these uneven conditions, you can't even go outside take some relaxation in gardens or go to the gymnasium,  at the river banks or even you can't go to friend house due to fear of an outbreak but it doesn't mean you can't do fitness exercises to overcome these dilemmas. As we know this lockdown cause frustration and irritations among the peoples, they want to move freely in the streets, parks, gardens and at the seasides which they can't do in this situation. So today I will share my experiences as a physical health and fitness instructor that how can we do some exercises to remain physically, mentally fit in this panic situation.

Suggestion for the best fitness exercises at home
   The  fitness exercises which I do at my home during the lockdown  covered  my physical and mental fitness issues these are simple and easy doing exercises that make me physically and mentally healthy which are given below:

  1. Running For Cardio: for cardio exercise, running is the best option it accelerates the flow of the blood in the body vessels, active whole body organs, increase the breathing stamina and strengthen the body. 

     

   Running should be for at least a 10-minute duration.
you can run on the floor or at small home garden.

    2. Jumping Jack: is for stretching your body and its effective for targeting your wings and love handles. at least for 30sec.

   3. Push-ups: This is for modifying your chest portion prevents it from hanging chest. at least for 40 sec. 
  4. Cobra Stretch: This is for stretching your abdomens plus for your Abs. at least for  30sec.

  5. Abdominal Crunches: This is primarily for your rectus abdomens muscles and obliques for shaping your upper body portion. at least for 40sec.
  6. Mountain Climber: This exercise is to strengthen multiple muscle groups of your body.  at least for 40sec.
  7. Tricep dips: This is an amazing exercise for your triceps. at least for 40 sec.
  8. Fast Punches: This exercise is for stretching your arms at least for 30sec.

 9. Inchworm: Inchworm exercise is an amazing exercise perfect for your shaping your arm muscles. at least for 30 sec.
 




10. Side Hop: This is the very best exercise for modifying your lower body portion. at least for 30sec.

11. Squats: This exercise is for strengthening your thighs and legs. at least for 30sec.
12. Ups and Down Nods: This exercise is suitable for neck and head relaxation. keeps your eyes close for mental relief. at least for 40sec.

13. High Breath Exhalation and Inhalation:
                             This is the best exercise for your whole body relief or relaxation do it for 60sec  but keeps your eyes close during the exercise.
                 

                    The above-listed exercise is especially for a lockdown situation when you have mental stress and having no physical fitness try it on regular bases and prevents yourself from mental stresses and be physically fit and healthy during uneven conditions. These exercises are not time taking exercises approximately it will take your 30 minutes.
